Nurse Jackie is a drug-addict who knows her stuff as she goes to all extremes to do her job, including putting the likes of Dr. Cooper in his place by telling him to get out of her way. “God make me good,” says Nurse Jackie, “but not right now.”

Facinelli stated that his character longs for the approval of Nurse Jackie, and that he suffers from quite the condition – sexual Tourette’s Syndrome. In the preview, whilst Nurse Jackie puts Dr. Cooper in his place, he can’t help but reach out and put his hand upon her mammory gifts. Says Facinelli, Dr. Cooper’s sexual tick only comes out when he is nervous and stressed – a condition that the bull-headed and feverish Nurse Jackie tends to put him in on numerous occasions.

The series, which looks to be exotic, exciting, and action-packed, promises to be quite different than most medical/hospital dramas we’ve yet to see. Instead of the nurse being a part of the hospital, the hospital is part of the nurse as she is the focal point of the series.
